BSA131 Week six - Pitch for Broken

Feedback after the Proposal

Change the look of the music video to color bright and colorful, like in the picture of Paige. Do some test shots to see where a person would look compelling. Cause the other thing would be kind of boring and people wouldn't watch it to the end.

Proposal

I choose the song "Broken" by Paige Tapara. It's a pop song about heartache and self-doubts from a girl after a breakup.
The brand of her is very laid back and just enjoy the music.

Drama scene

My idea for the drama scene at the beginning.

Break up from a couple who has been together for a while. Now her boyfriend breaks up with her. The girl asks what she did wrong because she has done everything for him but he just shoves her away and leaves without answering her question. She is left behind and wonders what she did wrong.

The song and music video should feel the feelings of the protagonist and should be invited by the lyric to sing along to it. 

For the video I need some costumes like normal clothes, she wears a hoodie and Converses All Star shoes (cause Paige wears them in every photo).
I want to shoot on different locations. Places where she has been with her boyfriend: bed, car, street to the park and on a bench at the park.

For the camera I want to use many camera slider dolly. When she walks in the street, the camera will be in front of her.

For the look of the movie I want to have a cold feeling caused by damped colors. Like in the clip from "Uncover" by Zara Larsson. There is also a scene where she is walking down the street and the camera is in front of her.

I want to have the lyric in the music video and be creative with it. Not as bold and over all the screen like in "Hey Brother" by Avicii.
